"Palliative" is the term given to a person who has six months or less to live. St. Peter's Palliative Care team helps one maintain his/her sense of dignity and encourages them to work through their issues and emotions in the hopes of a peaceful death.

Our palliative team is also trained in Pastoral Care - able to bring Holy Communion to the home or hospital (see also "Pastoral Care").
