Our Pastoral Care team is happy to minister to your pastoral needs during your time at the hospital as well as during your convalescence period at home. Our ministry includes providing you with Holy Communion, Prayer, Anointing of the Sick or any other pastoral needs you may have. Due to the Hospital Respect for Privacy Act, it becomes the responsbility of the family members to inform the Pastoral Care Team of the patient's hospital admission and of his/her Pastoral Care wishes. The same applies for our elderly parishioners who simply cannot get out on their own, as our team members do home visitation, and regular visitation to Arbour Lake Retirement Residence, The Lodge at Valley Ridge, The Manor Village at Rocky Ridge, and Scenic Acres Retirement Centre (see also "Palliative Care").
