Our Diocese makes the following recommendations:
First Reconciliation and First Communion: Grade 2
Confirmation: Grade 6
ALL PREPARATION SESSIONS WILL BE HELD AT ST. PETER’S PARISH
The Catholic schools provide Religious and Family Life Education for your child and the parishes provide the Sacramental Preparation Program for your child.
There will be a Parent Information Session to further explain the Sacramental Preparation Program and how you can continue to support your child’s faith development. The Parent Information Sessions will be held on Saturday, September 29 from 1pm – 2:30pm or Sunday, September 30 from 7pm 8:30pm. Only one of these sessions must be attended.
There will be sessions for children along with sessions for parents at the same time. The sessions run for 90 minutes. These dates are:
