What is it?
The Collection Counters ministry ensures that parish contributions are processed securely and accurately each week. This dedicated team works behind the scenes to organize and account for donations, supporting the financial health and mission of the parish.
How to Volunteer
We are looking for parishioners to join this vital ministry. Volunteers work as part of a team and rotate weekly to handle collection counts. Training is provided, and volunteers are asked to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
What They Need from Volunteers
- New Members: We are always looking for additional volunteers to bring the team up to full capacity, allowing better flexibility and coverage.
- Commitment to Weekly Counts: Serve on a scheduled team and assist with regular counting sessions.
- Team Support: Be available to step in when team members are unable to attend.
