Welcome to St. Peter’s! This registration form is intended for children in grades two to five preparing for their First Reconciliation and Communion. Children in grades six and seven should register for Confirmation 2025. Please email sacraments@st-peters.ca if you have any questions.

The $50 registration fee below is to cover the cost of materials, including session and retreat supplies, as well as your children's Bible. Select "Financial Assistance Needed" if you need support from the parish to cover the registration fees.
