Welcome to St. Peter’s! This registration form is intended for Infant Baptism. Infants are considered children six years and under.

At least one parent of the child must be Baptized Catholic to have their child Baptized.

Only one sponsor is required, and up to two are allowed, one male and one female. The sponsor must be Baptized Catholic, sixteen years and older, received First Communion and Confirmation, and not be the legal guardian of the child being Baptized. The sponsor is to be a model of Faith for your child.

If a sponsor is physically unable to attend the Baptism Celebration, a proxy may stand in their place. One proxy can only stand in for one sponsor.
